Paloma is looking for an energized and talented account manager. You’ll be responsible for managing clients & overseeing projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely together with our team of creatives, designers & freelancers. You’ll juggle multiple projects, keeping them on track, budget and brief.

Paloma is an independent campaign agency that likes to surprise people through content, experiences and visual identities. It’s founded by Stephanie, Nathalie & Janne in January 2022 and currently works for clients like Netflix, Kom op tegen Kanker and Warner Music.

Your responsibilities:

  1. you serve as the main point of contact for clients
  2. you determine & oversee the scope & planning of projects & pitches
  3. you work closely together with our team
  4. you own the delivery of all kinds of projects from initial concept to production

Your experience & skills:

  1. at least 4 years experience in AM/PM/producer role in a creative agency/studio
    (ideally with some experience in managing international clients as well)
  2. a passion for creativity, design & realizing original & surprising ideas
  3. innate problem solving skills to help you prioritize tasks & overcome obstacles
  4. excellent verbal & written knowledge of English
  5. great communication skills and an open-minded & collaborative mindset

Paloma is looking for a highly creative all-around designer to join our talented team. You’ll make creative ideas reality by creating mockups, campaign identities and producing designs from prints to videos.

Paloma is an independent campaign agency that likes to surprise people through experiences, outdoor and content. We're currently with a team of twelve people and working for clients like Netflix, Kom op tegen Kanker and Warner Music. We’re looking for open-minded, unconventional thinkers to join our team and help create bold and unexpected designs and videos. We are committed to creating a space where all members of our team feel safe to be themselves and are valued for their individual contribution and collaborative spirit.

Who you are:

  1. You gained experience during a multi-month internship or your first months to a year at an agency.
  2. Anything from basic motion design in After Effects to a more advanced visualisation in Photoshop. You already have some technical knowledge about printing files and video exports.
  3. You have a unique style and creative mindset. You’ll be inputting into the creative process and thinking of visual identities together with the creative and design team.
  4. You will be transforming campaign ideas into fresh, innovative executions across multiple media platforms such as activation, stunt & outdoor media.
  5. A curious mind that wants to surprise clients and make surprising work.
  6. You like to work in a busy and energetic environment and don’t mind juggling different projects at once. You are open and communicativ

Paloma is looking for a talented content creator. In this role, you’ll focus on the creation of social media content. You’re chronically online, have an in-depth understanding of Gen Z, pop culture and social hypes (specifically on TikTok). You’ll be responsible for coming up with absurd social ideas and quickly jumping on relevant trends.

  2. You’re highly creative and can come up with absurd formats & crazy videos you think’ll work - both on your own and together with the rest of the social team.
  3. You have a sharp pen. You’re able to write up scripts, explainer videos and funny oneliners that fit each social platform.
  4. You’re not afraid to try new things. From directing a social shoot to popping up in front of the camera to voicing in a VO to even crafting your own DIY sets.
  5. You’re independent and proactive.
